The Seller, as the Controller, declares that they shall process personal data in accordance with the legal regulations, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll. (Personal Data Processing Act) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the personal data processing and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

This information is necessary for your identification as a Buyer. It is used to implement and perform the necessary accounting operations, and to enter your payment for the purchased goods in the accounts, for the purpose of proper delivery of goods and to communicate with you. If you open a user account, your data is used to manage this account.

Your personal data is confidential and is not provided to any entities other than carriers providing the delivery of specific goods. However, this is always only in specific cases with the use of these services and exclusively within the limits of personal data protection regulations.

The data subject’s rights:

The right of access to personal data means that the Buyer has the right to obtain information from the Controller - Seller in relation to whether the Controller processes the Buyer’s personal data and, if so, what is the data is and how is it processed. Upon request, the Buyer also has the right to have the Controller – Seller rectify any inaccurate personal data in relation to them without undue delay. The Buyer has the right to complete any incomplete personal data at any time.

The right to delete personal data, represents in other words, the Controller’s – Seller’s expressed obligation to destroy personal data that the Controller processes in relation to the Buyer, if certain conditions are met and the Buyer requests it.

. The Buyer has the right that in certain cases the Controller - Seller restricts personal data processing. The Buyer has the right at any time to object to the processing, which is based on the legitimate interests of the Controller, of a third party or is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or within the exercise of public authority.

The right to data portability gives the Buyer the opportunity to obtain the personal data they have provided to the Controller in a common and machine-readable format. The Buyer may then transfer this information to another controller or, if technically possible, request that the controllers transfer the data to each other.

Right to withdraw consent to personal data processing - the Buyer, who gave consent to personal data processing for commercial and marketing purposes, has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, in full or in part. Consent may be withdrawn by written notice sent to the Controller's address or e-mail address. The Controller may process the Buyer’s personal data without the user’s consent to the extent of the necessary legal reasons for processing, i.e., particularly in the performance of their legal obligations or for the purpose of protecting rights and legal claims.

In case the user has doubts with regard to the personal data processing performed by the Controller, they may lodge a complaint directly with the Controller or contact the Personal Data Protection Office.

Consent to commercial and marketing purposes includes:

  • processing personal data for marketing purposes
  • sending business offers to your email address (the maximum frequency of such an offer is a maximum of 1x / 14 days). Unsubscribing your email address is possible directly in the offer or in your registration.
